Lymph Talks Workshop - Pay what you can

Join us for Lymph Talks, a community event all about understanding and supporting your lymphatic system. Hosted by @zenactivetherapy in North Burnaby.

We’ll explore the basics of lymph anatomy, how the system works, and how manual lymphatic drainage can support healing at every stage from acute to chronic, prenatal to post surgery, and beyond.
You’ll also learn simple at home exercises for lymphatic health followed by an open Q&A.
